Course schedules are available from the "sponsor," the Technical College where you will be attending a rider education course and via our website. The schedule and registration are available on a semester basis. Class dates will be available for one registration approximately one month prior to the start of the semester as follows:

• Spring Semester - January-April - schedule posted on or about December 10
• Summer Semester - May-August - schedule posted on or about April 10
• Winter Semester - September-December - schedule posted on or about August 10

Schedules are subject to change based on a number of factors, which include class enrollment, weather, and other site specific conditions outside the control of the Program. The best way to ensure you will get a seat, or that your class will not be cancelled, is to sign up early and pay your registration fees. Call the location at which you are registered on the Thursday before class to verify the class schedule and your enrollment status. There are limits on the number of students allowed or required in each class to ensure student safety and maximize cost effectiveness. Questions regarding the schedule should be directed to the local sponsor (Technical College), or to the State Coordinator. Policies for "standby" students and walk-in registration are specific to each college.
